Our local partner in Germany has been running very successful programmes for almost 40 years. This is an option which will suit older students wishing to take classes but be situated in a beautiful big villa in a lovely green neighbourhood of the fascinating city of Berlin. It is a small programme accepting up to 40 students at one time.
20 classes of German are held each week and four different levels are provided, from beginner to advanced. After lunch cultural and sporting activities are organised and might include city walking tours, a visit to Checkpoint Charlie, swimming in lake or rowing.
In the evenings activities are offered such as videos, games and garden parties. The programme also includes 1 full day outing on Saturdays perhaps to a flea market or place of interest close by the city. Accommodation is provided in shared rooms (3-5 students max) with shared bathrooms and showers and full board is provided in the on-site cafeteria.
