A great intensive 3 week exam preparation course of 24 lessons per week offered either in January, April or October 2025. This makes it a perfect option for TY students of German.
Augsburg is a quiet comfortable city, the third largest city in Bavaria. It is easily navigated and the perfect base for a teen home stay programme with lots of sporting and cultural amenities available. Our partner school is located in the centre of the city, just minutes from the historical old part of town.
Accommodation is arranged with local host families on a full board basis and it is also possible to share a room with a friend if so desired. Augsburg is a small city and hosts are located either within walking distance or a short bus journey from school.
Week-day mornings and 2 afternoons are spent in class totalling 24 lessons each week. In the afternoons there are activities organised such as canoe rides, museum visits, team games, sports and city tours . Note that on the January programme 3 afternoon activities are offered while on the April and October dates 2 afternoon activities are offered with one free afternoon. Once a week on Saturday there is a full day outing included for all participants to places such as Munich or Nuremburg.
Students are supervised at the school and during all actitivities/outings by programme co-ordinators.

- Arrival airports: Munich airport charged at 75€ each way
- Arrivals and departures: Arrival on Sundays (check in noon -8pm) and departures on Saturdays (check out 1am-noon)
- Surcharge of 75€ for out-of-hours arrivals or departures (outside 09.00h-18.00h)
- Course not suitable for total beginners in the language.
